The terms are the terms

These are the terms and conditions of use and to cover orders placed through this website. We know that they aren’t always easy to read so have tried to make them as straightforward as possible (even though they have actually been drafted by a lawyer!).

Don’t forget, if you submit an order with SUST Style, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Prices of goods

These are as displayed on the website but we can’t control the uncontrollable so we have to reserve the right to change any prices, in the event of something outside our control (like, for example, new taxes or customs duties being applied).

Photos of goods

We know that you want that item you buy to be just as it is shown and imagined. Although all the designers we feature ensure that size and all descriptions are correct, colour is always difficult to get right so might be a little different to how it seems on a website photo, for which we can’t be held responsible.

Orders of goods

We will always try to be clear if we don’t have a good available at the time of ordering. Often, goods which are out of stock may not be easily replaced, or there may be delays in delivery, where these can be replaced, but we will notify you in each case.

In any case of force majeure resulting in a failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing in deliver, or in the case of any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance relating to force majeure, we can’t be held liable.

In most cases, we should be able to indicate if an item is out of stock. However, there will be some cases of you being able to place an order and subsequently receiving an email

receipt confirming the purchase notifying you of your tracking number. However, this confirmation does not mean we have a binding contract.

There are instances where we will need to cancel an orders due to insufficient stock, suspicion of fraudulent activity, inability to authorize a payment, discovery of an incorrectly priced item, or any other reason deemed appropriate by us.

SUST reserves the right to cancel any orders even after these have been permitted to be placed and for which email receipt confirmation have been sent, for the reasons stated above. If the purchase has already been charged to your credit card, we will of course issue a refund to the same account.

Change in information on website

SUST reserves the right to change any of the information found on this website with respect to any matter, including any goods at anytime.

Payment

PayPal and all major credit/debit cards accepted.
