Jade Swimwear prides itself on being extremely stylish whilst using as much as possible sustainable fabrics.
The majority of costumes are being made with ECONYL® a 100% regenerated nylon. This reduces waste from oceans and landfills by recycling items such as fishing nets, plastic bottles, and fabric scraps.
Jade Swim use only OEKO-TEX certified fabrics ensuring fabric does not contain or release any harmful substances that can be hazardous to health.
All trims are locally sourced and locally produced whenever possible working with LA vendors.
The focus is on classic and timeless designs with many that carry over seasons in order to reduce clothing waste.
Production is in Los Angeles based factories with energy efficiency practices and the highest integrity & standards - with constant visits at least bi-monthly to ensure all possible sustainable measures are being followed.
Jade use only vertically integrated factories, all fabric cutting, trim work and packaging is done in house, reducing the need to transport rolls & fabric outside of factory, all in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint & waste. Jade has very tight fabric yield calculation to eliminate any excess fabric waste. We use recycled and biodegradable boxes and poly bags for wholesale & retail orders
